STARS School Services uses an electronic system of time monitoring and therapist scheduling. The system is used throughout the STARS’ program and is monitored on-site and at our corporate offices. This system allows for the effective scheduling of student therapy sessions, IEP minutes and therapy personnel, thus, if a therapist is not able to work the identified schedule, the student’s IEP minutes are automatically rescheduled with the therapist to assure that therapy minutes delivered comply with IEP requirements. Our Director of STARS School Services monitors therapists’ schedules and attendance, assuring that all services are provided in a timely and professional manner. Therapists’ work records can be audited against the scheduling system to ensure proper treatments and record keeping.
